s150 solenoid problem

we took the bucket off so we could get something made that attaches the the bucket so the skid steer was sitting for about two weeks, it was running great the last time we used it. i went to go start it up today and after a second of it starting i heard three beeps then it shut off, the icon on the top right that looks like a exclimation point was lite up red(not blinking). error code was 14-02 so we believe it was the solenoid after doing research, is there any thing we can do to further investigate the problem?

well have to check that tomorow, a bird started making a nest and covered the inside of the bobcat with twigs and dead grass. any idea where the solenoid would be located?
