Hello everyone I'm new to the site and hoping that you guys can help. I have a 2013 high hour S130 that recently acquired. I'm currently having issues with the bucket tilt. The tilt cylinder will extend with no issues. When I retract the cylinder it takes a lot of force on the foot pedal and is very slow to do so, even at full engine rpm. When the engine off, the safety bar is down, and the hydraulic lock is pressed, it's easy to move the tilt pedal. To give everyone a little more back ground on the machine, here's how things progressed to where they are now. I was using the machine and had full functionality of lift and tilt. The hydraulics were leaking badly at the tilt spool centering block. I removed the block and replaced the o rings and this fixed the leak and the tilt was action fine. Fast forward a little bit. My lift and tilt cylinders were leaking, so I had them rebuilt by my Bobcat dealer. The rod on the tilt cylinder was bent and they were able to straighten it and replace the cylinder head. When I reinstalled them, the bucket curling issue showed up. I have a full hydraulic tank and have cycled the cylinder 15-20 times to full extension and full retraction, and have held the pedal with the cylinder at extension and retraction many many times. I'm thinking that there's oil some where, in the hydraulic control valve, that's its not supposed to be. I'm looking for suggestions before I tear back into it. Thanks in advance.
