When cold and I wait for the machine to tell me it is ready to start the temperature gauge will go to hot and stay there even after starting, if I start it without waiting or if it is warm out it dose not go to hot. Would it be the sending unit ?

Can you make a little video?
 
I would not think so,I am leaning more towards cold start programing in the computer,clearly I could be wrong it is just a guess.
 
I was wondering about the computer or something to do with the glow plugs, since that sets it off.
