ROPS will not raise up

The ROPS will not clear the handles, when I try to pull them forward they stop before allowing enough clearance for the ROPS to raise. Is there a way to release them?

You didn't mention what model you're working on but there was a thread about a 240 that had bolts behind the arms that needed to be removed to allow them to fall forward.

I have a 250, if there are bolts, how could I remove them without being able to lift the ROPs?
