Homeowner type operator of various small equipment. JCB backhoe, Komatsu mini Ex, Kubota BX tractor/loader. Mostly all used for improvments to my small property in Malabar Florida. My 2 acres were basically a swamp when we bought the place, been digging out a pond and using that plus many truck loads of fill dirt to make the property dry. Newest purchase is a Gehl 4625sx Skid Steer which was bought with non operational bucket/lift control. It does run great and moves on it's own, but, it will only tilt down, not up. Same for the boom. Still working out that issue.
