NEVER TOOK THEM OFF SO I DO NOT WHERE TO START ANYONE HAVE A PICTURE OR A MANUAL?

First off, please don't type in ALL upper case.
Ok, glow plug removal on a V1702 engine really isn't that hard, they are on the left side of the head looking in from the back. You will need a 12mm deep 1/4” socket for this. You may even need to remove or loosen the bolts on your inlet manifold to get the socket between the glow plug and the manifold. With that done, just remove and replace, they are very simple. Access is the only problem.
Good Luck.

I didn't want to sound like the local forum Nazi, sorry if it came out that way :(
When you remove the plugs, you can test them easy enough, saves you buying new ones if they are still in good shape. Just use a jumper lead, attach one end to the battery and the other end to the hex on the glow plug. Sit the end that the small nut is on to the other battery terminal, the plug should glow rite to the tip. If it doesn't its dead and needs to be replaced.
