T-190 2005 After I replaced all seals on the control valve, the lift/tilt worked for a few minutes, then got stuck in position. No codes. Tilt/lift solenoid coils functioning ok. Tilt/lift spools can move, but load engine. Pressure is developed in tilt hoses ( i can see them flex). Waited 1 day. Lift/tilt cylinders worked for 1 minute, then stick in position.

It sounds like your lockout solenoid is not working corectly, that or the stem is faulty.
I thought they had a lockout solenoid and not just a coil to lock out the pedal so it can not move. If there is a coil to lock out both functions, i'd start there.

what type of controlls do you have

I checked BICS solenoid & valve. It appears to be working & receiving signal from controller. I also disconnect aux. solenoid coils to see if that wouldn't help. No change. The lift/tilt now work for about 30 seconds, then it feels like pressure builds to counteract movement of lift & tilt. Spools are moving, just no movement of lift & tilt cylinders.

I read you changed all the seals and orings on the valve , so I take it you took the valve completely out of the machine , disconnected all the tubes and hoses and and that you didn't leave the valve bank in the machine with the tubes and hoses still hooked to it and changed just the spool seals and orings -------------------- are you sure you put everything back in the right place , either way you did it , sounds like something is crossed up
