The crank if needed and I would not grind one of these cranks is 1000-1500 depending on what you can find.  This does not include any governor or cam parts.  Also the injection system is costly.  Not uncommon for the injectors to be out of spec and about 70 a pc for them.  If it contaminated the oil cooler they are 250.With all that said I am not trying to discourage you from repairing your engine but to do it right is very expensive.Labor isnt terible and for a guess would be 8-10hrs so 500-750 would be in the ball park.  If someone were to bring me an engine and chinese parts I would tell them upfront and have them sign that all warranty is null and void.  The chinese parts for these engines are not OEM quality.  Many parts can be sourced from Perkins but the N844 is licenced to New Holland so some of what you need will be New Holland only.
