Rapid movement of backhoe attachment !

853 backhoe attachment controls move arms like a rocket. ran great last time used! Impossible to control dig or move swing arm all movements are much to rapid. Seems it is not in low flow. Older 853---switch is down on dash has gear pic for switch.up. Moving switch makes no change! HELP!

What engine speed are you running your machine at while using the BH? does idling it down help?
Do you have a service manual for your machine?
