Ramrod 584A

Have an old Ramrod 584A, manual calls for 10W30 engine oil for hydraulics. Looks like it has ATF in it now, what should it be using?

Does it use clutches for the drive system? or is it hydrostatic?
If it uses clutches, then it will want ATF, if not, you want heavier oil like 10W30.
Hopefully someone with one of these machines can tell you for sure what oil to use.

Can you send me a copy of the manual for your ramrod . If you have a digital copy .. I have a ramrod 584B and can't find any record of it ever existing . Has the Kubota v1902 diesel motor and 1200+lbs load capacity. . Looking for replacement parts . Starter alternator ect . Any info would help .

i might have a manual. a friend from Upstate NYC sold me a ramrod dealer binder w/ brochures and manuals.
