Railroad Tie Bundles

Anyone have an idea what they weigh ? I ordered 20 bundles with 12 in each and im a little concerned about offloading them. It will be on concrete so I am not very concerned about wheels vs tracks but figured I should ask. Im trying to decide if I need to get creative with some counterweights

If you're talking about the typical 7x9 creosote soaked RR tie I'm pretty sure they can be up to 100# each
