I don't believe any backhoes are hi flow, you don't need that much fluid, you only need pressure. It may even move too fast to control well. You may want to adjust the engine speed, my 743 with a hoe, i run it just over idle, that's with 11GPM, yours will have at least 16.
Even without connectors, get a set and hook them up. If it doesn't work right, swap them around.
