I assume there is a problem with it?

They don't show a picture of the pump, but they would probably be able to identify it for you though and let you know what parts will be required.

Yes as too problem with it. Should I be able to turn by hand with it out of machine?

It should rotate if you use a spanner, you will have a hard time getting enough grip to rotate it by hand alone. It will be rather stiff, but not so tight you need a breaker bar to make it move. It should be smooth as you rotate it too.

Sorry I can't help identify the pump, but it is an oldie....Make sure to replace the bronze filter in the port block when you put it back together.
