Good morning
Yesterday I went to hook up a new fecon head to our t590 and the case drain vent on the head was blowing oil out. After running checks and talking to fecon mechanic I have too much oil at the case drain line. If I run the auxiliary hydrolics with nothing hooked up except a gauge on case drain fitting I'm getting about 500psi. I checked the drain line and it isn't clogged. I think im just getting too much volume and building preasure. Everything else on machine is working properly. Just not sure where the problem is. Is it possible to get high pressure from on the drain side from the high pressure lines some how?
Thanks for any insight.

Replace your couplers, they are bypassing inside the coupler block.

I can't believe it. I just drove down to the shop to try this this morning and it worked. It made sense in my head but I didn't think of it.
Thanks a ton.
You saved me a ton of worries and time. I was devastated when this fecon wouldn't work. It took me 2 years to talk myself into spending this kind of money.
Thanks again.

So you changed the couplers?
