I just bought a new power rake for my BC 743B Skid, 6' wide. Need some operating help/tips.
It has a valve setup that only allows the drum to rotate in one direction, thus it pulls the dirt toward the machine.
I looked at the hydraulic motor and I don't see anything that indicates that it can only turn in one direction...
What would be a good RPM to operate?
I noticed that it does not dig as much when going forward, even at a slow speed.
Going in reverse the dirt/stones will pile up 6-8"
Can someone advise on how they operate?
