My design for the base is I fab a double 2x4 base perimeter and I sit the structure with feet screwed to the Pressure Treated lumber. I spike the lumber down with 30 inch 1/2inch rebar driven on an angle. In the spring I screw some 2x4 diagonal braces and a end spacer and I tow the entire structure 75 feet to get it out of the main driveway. The round top will have the cover removed for the summer and the framed towed as the above method out of the main driveway. When I put up the 13x20x12 SUV that I bought from TSC Stores the rib frames took on a long twisting roll. I returned the entire box and these are VERY HEAVY. I got a replacement and it did the same thing. I proved this to the store manager and they had no more. I proved that all the ribs had been drilled off center. I made him an offer to buy the unit at half price and I re drill every rib. Deal done. I setup a jig in the floor mounted drill press and step drilled every hole.
