Ok, I have a 06 T300 2900 hrs, joystick controls. One side of the drive just stopped turning. No noise, no warning, no grinding sound. No codes being thrown either. So I took the track off, nothing is leaking no blown seals the sprocket will turn very slowly ( I know it's just from the hydraulic pressure with no restraint on the sprocket) I have the drive motor out I guess my question is could it be the electric solenoid inside the drive motor? Maybe the joystick? But I just changed the relay switch that goes bad with those joystick controls. Plus it's weird that there's no codes being thrown cause every other time there's been an issue it's thrown a code. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

I would start by capping off the drive motor hoses with metal plugs. You'll also want to cap the other two lines. Put the machine in H pattern. Started like you were going to drive it. Move the stick and see if the engine loads down. If the hydro can put a load on the engine, it is most likely fine. With the motor, drain the end oil and see what it looks like, shiny like metal? Also check the case drain filter for metal. Also on the motor is the brake. it is spring applied, hydraulic release. If the piston seal is out, the brake will not release or drag.
