Please help identifying Mustang Skid steer

Just purchased. It has a belt drive and a 4cyl gas engine. Looks very similar to a Mustang 1700, but not exactly like any pictures I have seen.
I have not had it running yet, just got it home. Was told it ran, but had hydraulic issues. Not seized and looks clean for an older machine.

Thanks. I looked at some pictures and it is very similar. Mine is likely a different year or options than the pics I saw.

The extra strap of steel on your lift arms is someone’s attempt to reinforce the arms at a known weak point.

Thanks. Do you know if the hydraulic pump is the same. I have not tested my pump yet, but I have 0 hydraulics. Its snowing hard here now, so can't troubleshoot!

Should be a 170-18403 same on both.

Definitely a 1200. Looks to be in nice shape too. Get a small mirror and flashlight and look under the seat, through the round hole and at the bottom of the hour meter gauge. There should be a date stamp to tell you the year. Did you confirm the condition of the hydraulic pump?

My 1700 (about 71-73?) has chewed up the key in the hydraulic pump a couple times. It is always a surprise to lose hydraulics, but thankfully I know what needs replacing. The keyway in the hardened Cessna pump shaft is worn. I haven't had the time or inclination to get it to a machine shop and have a new keyway machined in the other side of the shaft. Requires special mill or edm it out. Parts of the gearbox have worn keyways and the sheave needs refurbishment. It's not used much anymore but I did rebuild the V-4 a few years ago. It's a back saver around the wood pile.

I suggest oversizing the key and grinding it out on both shaft and gear with a diamond burr.
