Pintle shaft seal

Hello I’m new to the forum, I’ve got a bobcat 443b that’s sucking air in the hydraulic system somewhere, I’m thinking it’s the pintle shaft seals. Any bobcat dealer I get ahold of says they don’t sell just the seals on their own anymore they only sell the whole pump seal kit. Does anyone know of any shop in Canada or one that will ship to Canada that will just sell pintle shaft seal? Thank you

I'd suspect a plugged oil filter or bad hydraulic pump first, as the pump does have charge pressure inside it, so positive pressure, nor negative to draw in air, but it is possible.
For seals, loader parts source may sell just the pintle seals and not a whole kit, they will chip to Canada.
