Main pin at the top of the boom always coming loose We have changed the bushings and pin , and we have had the pin machined to the new specs but that still has not helped . We have the bolt tourqued to 450 ft/lbs
I was talking to a guy the other day and his was doing the same thing. He bought the new modification from JCB to correct the issue and the revision has problems too. So it is not like JCB does not know there is a problem with the pin binding and backing the pin out, I guess a retorque every day is necessary for now, for what I know of it.
