Picture of 642 rear door latch needed

Would any of you happen to have a picture of the handle part of the rear door latch for a 642 or similar? Mine has been flattened and the tab broken off. It would be helpful to see what it was supposed to look like before lighting the torch.

Its just a flat tab with a hole in it for a lock this one is ground on because the handle is smashed.

This must be a different vintage. My tab was under the axis and was vertical.

I think that picture was taken when the door was not attached. That's why it looks to be up side down.
