But if the pins were never greased they will be badly worn. Same with the engine, if the oil wasn't changed enough it will cause problems too. Diesel engines usually start to get sad at around the 4-5000 hour mark, naturally its a slow process over time but usually around that mark starting becomes an issue. Even with high hours it will still be ok, but getting it started as it has lower compression really is a problem, especially in winter!Wait till you can drive it and see what the pin wear is like, its the only real way to do it.</blockquote>
