one hydraulic function on joystick isn't working

I have a 2006 RC60. The one directional button on the right hand joystick isn't working. It controls the hydraulic function for boom attachments. post hole digger, grapple etc. I can open the grapple but can't close it. I can hear the fuse box click to open the valve, but nothing happens. What is the problem? bad solenoid? thanks in advance.

If it's like how bobcat operate their aux hydraulics, there are solenoids on the control block, if it hasn't been used for some time, they can stick.
I bought a used bobcat years ago, it was sitting at auction for an unknown amount of time, one direction worked, the other did not. I disassembled the stem for the control and cleaned it, 15 or so years later, still working good as new.
