Omc Mustang 441 oil question please

Hi Guys Thanks for reading I am changing the engine oil and the oil in the drive chains on my Mustang 441. I can do the engine quantity no problem but can some one tell me please, What oil do i put in the wheel drive chains and how do i determine the level or what is the quantity in each side. Many thanks guys, I would be lost without you all Maddy

If it's hydrostatic drive, generally any cheap and nasty engine oil weight oil will do the job, parts are not under any real stress that needs special oil.
Sadly, i don't know how to tell the level, some models have a fill plug, you fill till the oil reaches the height of this plug.
