okay to mix track widths?

Great forum guys! New member and first time owner of a compact track loader(T190). I just replaced one of the tracks on this unit with a standard width track(12"). The other track on the machine is still in fairly good condition but is wider(16"). I purchased 2 replacement tracks but need to do some work asap so don't really have time to change the second track. Can I operate the machine with different width tracks or will this cause damage? I'm using strictly on dirt. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

I don't run a tracked machine, but i don't see it causing any damage though. The turning may not be as good as if they were both the same width. One side may have a little less traction, but it would be minimal.
