One lift arm on my 330 has a small leak that I want to fix so I don't end up wiping up fluid all the time. Since I'm getting a whole kit and replacing everything while it's off, do I need to be concerned that one side will now be like new and the other still have the old parts. It seems to be lifting just fine now.

If its not leaking, there is no reason why you need to re-kit it. They don't always fail together. It will be fine, if it leaks later, replace the seals then.
