The images provided are what I believe to be an Oil Pressure Relief Valve (OPRV) on my Bobcat 643 Skidsteer with Kubota D1402 Diesel Engine. I unscrewed it to see what it was (prior to knowing that I shouldn't mess with it)...and it screwed-out in a way that did not keep it's original position regarding the adjustment for it which would be accomplished by turning in or out the flat head screwdriver slot. Chat GPT couldn't help and neither could my service manual which basically just said not to jack with it. Anyone familiar with how to set this back in there properly? Happy Veterans' Day to all our vets by the way...thank's for your Service and 'Welcome Home' to our Vietnam era vets.

SOLVED: Well, I got smart and put in an oil pressure gauge (dummy lights are worthless). With that done, I was able to adjust the oil pressure relief valve by simply reading the new gauge...too easy...and the oil pressure relief valve works just fine.

What gauge did you buy? I'm thinking of putting a gauge in as well ..
