ODD CODE E003509-1

I have a 2015 T590 that started having a bog/stutter issue this morning. When it first starts it shows an E003509-1 code then just says none. But the little service light stays on like it has a code still. Code only displays right when its started. Once it goes away and you scroll through the menu it just says none. It has a persistent bog/stutter issue. Looked in my service manual and there is not and E codes. Googled it and only got overly generic info with nothing specific to the T590. I called my dealer, and he is looking into it but said that is an odd code. Figured I would come here to see if I can find any other helpful information. Thank You!

E003509-11 (P0641) 5V Sensor Supply #1 Fault means something is wrong in your gateway controller.
Make sure you check all your fuses.

Is there any way to test the gateway controller? Or just check there is no other issues with fuses, sensors, and harness?
