Noisy Cooling Fan 763

My cooling fan seems to be getting pretty noisy ( 2800 hrs ) , fan belt & tension seems ok , I recently flushed the oil in the gearbox as it was milky , is it the backlash in the gears that creates the noise or could it be the belt tensioner pulley ? Ive looked at it whilst running but it's hard to tell where it's coming from ? Anybody had this problem or know about .
