Noise from blower area on 763

I am hearing a little noise from the blower area on a 763 that sounds like a little bell. The machine sat for 15 months while I pulled and had engine rebuilt and reinstalled. I have checked the bearings on the fan and they seem to be OK and have plenty of of oil. Has anyone had this problem before and what were you ably to do to fix it.

I would GUESS you got a loose bolt somewhere and the bell sound is the flat washer ringing.
