no "vital" signs on 763

I would need some help with my 763. I had the machine sitting for about 3 weeks, next time I wanted to start it litteraly no vital signs, not a click, nothing. First thing came to my mind is the battery. Checked it, battery is in good shape (replaced it last year). Checked fuses, all looks good. Any help would be appreciated.

I would get another battery just to see if it went bad(are you located where it gets very cold in the winter?),just to eliminate the battery?

Tried boosting from my van, just because it was "very" cold. I don't think the battery is a problem.

Fishfiles, I haven't seen any damage to the wiring harness due to Mice, if that is what you mean. The machine was covered with snow. Today I will cover it with a tarp and put a heater under the tarp just to melt all the snow and warm up the machine a little bit. Maybe that will help a little.

Which model 763 do you have, a F,G ?? Did you check try switching any of the relays around. There is a relay that powers up the whole machine, try switching that with a relay the runs the lights. Also above the battery, there is a main fuse that also sends power to the machine. If that fuse isnt getting proper contact, it will not let the machine power up. You can find this fuse by following the + battery cable strait up. The red, positive battery cable is split into two cables, one goes to the starter, the other goes strait up into a smallish, black plastic box. This black box has a cover that pops open from the bottom. Once inside, the red battery cable is bolted onto the fuse terminal. Its not uncommon for this terminal to get corroded from time to time. If this contact is too dirty or just loose, the machine will not power up. I hope this is your issue, because its a easy fix. Good luck.

Theying to jump a dead battery doesn't tell you anything. Batteries can have cells die just like that. A battery dead cell can be a very fooling. Many times a no load voltage will look good. Put a load on it and it drop like a rock, remove the load and it pops right back. They can be impossable to jump as the battery acts as a sponge. Also if it is a G series, they can act will stupid if there is bad battery conections. Pull and swap batteries. Also, it is not unheard of battery cables to break down internally and not carry the load.

my bet is battery got drained and froze. once a dead battery freezes it's no good.
