I have a totally new gremlin issue in my machine. I loose pressure on my hydraulics after 30 seconds of them running. I installed a new charge pump vane kit from LPS, I put all new filters and springs in the metering block from Bobcat. I have new wear plates in the hydrostat. I put a new seal kit in the ailing drive motor. When I initially start the machine i can pick it off the ground with the bucket. Seems to have tons of flow just no pressure whatsoever behind it. Any ideas? Thanks. David

The cartridge is installed the right way around isn't it?
You can check the relief that is it not broken or something stuek under the seat.
Ensure the aux hydraulics is not engaged too (right lever)

The vane cartridge section arrows are pointed in the direction of the engine rotation and the lever is not engaged. Is there anything in the pump itself that could go bad?

There really isn't, not that i can think could cause this issue.
There is a charge pressure relief, but generally they work or don't....

It is almost like the pump has an issue. I did have the pressure plate and the main ride surface resurfaced by a machine shop when I put the new vane section in it from LPS.

It is possible, but i'm relly not sure what it could be. Have you asked LPS as you got parts off them if they have ideas.
