No power at injection pump

Unit cranks but doesn’t start. No 12v at pump. Is there a relay that sends power to fuel solenoid Valve and cold start solenoid valve?

What model. Some later units have a switch on the aux hydraulic control valve. If the aux hydraulic handle or foot pedal is not in neutral the power is interrupted to the injection pump.
