No power at ignition switch and alternator output

Hello beautiful folks! 2004 gehl 280 all wheel loader two problems and possibly related. I have no power at ignition switch, tried bypassing and that had worked but now suddenly doesn't work? (I had both red wires at ignition switch connected) I have power getting to the panel, checked fuses and relays and they were all fine, panel is grounded when I checked continuity on frame. What in the world I'm I missing?

Brand new alternator not charging battery, checked for ground and was good same with fuse but I'm starting to think if the ignition switch isn't activating something in the wiring harness then it doesn't register that it's on and supposed to be working?

Doesn't help I'm using a wiring diagram from 2005 and many things appear to be different then what I'm finding.

Please please help, I'm pulling my hair out!
