Has anyone ever had hyd spool valves apart this skids bucket goes down all the time only holds 15 or 20 sec but holds the other way has to be in spool valve right anyone had this prob

Not very likely the valve is the problem. You probably have cylinder piston seals leaking internally or a nut loose on the end of the piston rod, also internal to the cylinder.
