Tom, that was my thought as well, but there are no mounting bosses on the frame for the gas pistons. And the hinges for the ROPS with the latch for the old style cab are bolted on versus welded. Serial tag says it is a a 743 5019-M-29639. It has the older style ROPS, with odd mounting, it has the original rounded style foot pedals, and even the rear door is odd, as it has a top lip that extends in under the radiator mount area an inch or so. Hydro section is also odd, as it has a large square block on top of the pump that the hydraulic tank plumbs to, versus the block on the side like my other 743 of same general series. Manual says that is 14999 and below Doing more digging, it has the older style 3 piece panel under/front of the driver seat, which the parts manual says is 13579 and below I bought it super cheap as a project, but it almost seems like a parts muttmy guess is that someone replaced it with salvage parts at one time
Or it is a pre 135xx serial number machine with a serial number tag replacement.....Tom, that was my thought as well, but there are no mounting bosses on the frame for the gas pistons.
