Newer Curved Door on Older Machine

Has anyone installed a front door from a newer G series machine on a F series cab? I recently acquired a pristine G door, but have a 1999 F Series 763. I realize that some modifications may be required and am willing to do those. I just thought that someone's earlier work may make my efforts easier. Thanks for any advice that you make be able to provide.

Not sure it can be done. You technically are not meant to modify the cab, not even drill a hole in it......

There was a fellow on Minneapolis craigs list making a weldment that build the lights in like the g series loaders and was added to the f series cab slope forward at the top so a G door would fit.
