Newbie S130 & SB200 Question

I recently purchased a one owner S130 Bobcat and a SB200-54 Snowblower. My S130 hour/meter does not work, just a blank screen. I hooked up the blower yesterday after I installed a new 7 Pin wire Harness and the auger spins but I don't get any response from the shute or deflector. I get a alert tone when I attempt to operate the shute, but no error code of course. I am planning to sent the control panel to Isocell for repair, but is there any other ways to debug this issue. I'm waiting on a manual too, do I'm blind now! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. THANKS!
