yep, lots of Armorall vinyl lube and prestreching with large long nose pliers worked for me. Maybe even heating them up in the sun? I replaced mine about 3 yrs ago with OEM and the new ones are cracking in the bellows area also. anyone know of a better source than Bobcat brand?
