New Member with Confused T190 ACS

I've just purchased a 2007, Bobcat T190 with ACS controls. All the arm and bucket functions operate but are REVERSED. Example: In hand / foot mode, the left foot , heel down lowers the arm and the left toe raises it. Right heel dumps the bucket and right toe raises it. Likewise, in ACS mode, the left hand out motion lowers the arm left hand in raises it. The right ACS is also reversed with the right hand in motion dumping the bucket and right hand out motion curling the bucket. The consul was recently replaced so could this just be some plug connectors that were mismatched or is it something else?

Bobcat T190 #527714376. Anybody have any thoughts at all why ALL the ACS controls are run backwards? Both "Hands" and "Foot" modes are reversed.
