Message: <blockquote data-quote="wickmar" data-source="post: 40004" data-attributes="member: 4787">I've owned both and immed. noticed that the 160 has thinner guage metal on most panels such as engine housing and body panels.   The main consequence of this is when backing and accidentaly "kissing" a tree with the door to the engine compartment, I have to realign the door by loosening the mounting bolts in order to be able to open and close the door.   This only happened ONCE in 10 years with the 565 which had sign. thicker metal.   Also, the "service" toggle switch on the 565 is not present on the 160 and required the purchase of an accessory board (>$200.00) to be able to put the machine in "service" mode.    Disappointing!!</blockquote>
