New Holland LX885 Locked our controls

Ok I'm at a loss at work we have a LX885 and we can figure out why the controls are locked out. It has a new seat switch we've tried jumpering the seatbelt switch along with a new harness for both also has a new dashboard but we can't get it to light up when you sit down in it. It will run and move in service mode but not in run any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Where the seat switch plugs in .... is the "hot side " hot? What about the electronic control panel? Do you have a schematic or service manual?

I had no hydraulics once in a while on my L185 and it turned out to be a defective micro switch on the door.
