New holland lx885 countdown not working

Machine starts when it's decent Temps but struggling when cold. The counter doesn't work and blows a f3 code which is preheat circuit. No power at the relay. Where to start ? Thanks

I have the Lx885 and found the glow plugs were weak so turned key off and started the count down again and she fires rite up

Ok thanks. But unfortunately it doesn't even count down. Just throwing a code.

I don't own an LX885 any more, but mine didn't have glow plugs. It had an intake heater. If that's the issue, it's pretty cheap and easy to replace. There was also a button next to the service / run switch to manually activate the heater. Push and hold for 10 - 30 seconds.

Thanks for the help. After a bunch of testing it's the board. I had to do minimal wiring to get it off the board and to a keyed hot for the push button
