how do i get the lift cylinder off so i can weld my frame back together i took the bolt out and it is still stuck

I assume the bolt holds the pin in place? where is this cylinder? it may be a taper fit?

i got the bolt out but it has another part on it that wont let the cylinder free i wish i could add a pic

the pins will come out toward the inside. It is a taper fit holding it in. after taking the bolt loose strike the pin bushing on the outside at 90 degrees tothe pin and the taper should come loose.

No Problem, sadly i have never worked on one, so i can't advise how to get it out.
