Time for some more photos, we found the easiest way to remove the tapered pins, with a home made puller. Bill (my brother) made this from some selected inventory and it works great, but be very careful when the pin lets go its like a projectile. The attached pictures have a lot more details and this one puller fits all of the pins on the boom. Fit the puller as per the photos and tighten, sometimes just this tension is enough to pop the pin free or tighten the puller and then hit the housing with a hammer. This system should be improved by adding a bolt and large washer to the inside end of the puller this would stop all of the parts flying out and keep them contained. cheers Gazza http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h126/Gazza_06/?action=view¤t=bush3.jpg#!oZZ3QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs63.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fh126%2FGazza_06%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3Dbush1.jpg http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h126/Gazza_06/?action=view¤t=bush3.jpg#!oZZ2QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs63.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fh126%2FGazza_06%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3Dbush2.jpg http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h126/Gazza_06/?action=view¤t=bush3.jpg#!oZZ1QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs63.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fh126%2FGazza_06%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3Dbush3.jpg http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h126/Gazza_06/?action=view¤t=bush3.jpg#!oZZ4QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs63.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fh126%2FGazza_06%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3Dbush5.jpg
