I have a LS 190.B skidsteer and it will run fine when it is cold. but once you warm it up and try and rev it up it starts to misfire. It will idle fine. Once the cold timing advance goes off it starts to misfire once you rev it up. It doesnt misfire just idling. It has a rebuild injection pump on it. I checked the line coming out of the tank and didnt see any bubbles when i put a clear hose in line.

If it is cold weather there and your state has biodiesel change the fuel filters first then look in the book , my new Holland book recommends #1 fuel in cold weather. I do use 50/50 #1 and #2 and get my fuel from Wisconsin where they do not have to have biofuel.

It sounds like the engine was not timed properly when the injection pump was installed.
