New Holland LS 180 Hydraulic issues

New Holland LS 180 that I just got. Was unloading 1 ton pallets from a truck and all of a sudden it lost hydraulic power. It would lift the pallet an inch or so off the deck, but no more. Checked levels and topped off, will only lift about 5-600lbs now. It will cycle all the way through lift and tilt, drives fine. Is there a pressure relief valve that is bad? Bad pump? Air in the lines?

I do not have a service manual for the ls180, but my lx865 does have a separate pressure relief valve for the boom hydraulics.

Is it outside of the pump or built in?
