Jake,I would think that it does not have to be a lot of pressure. Once the fuel gets to the pump you could simply shut it off. or simply let it run. I would think around 5-12 psi would be more than ample. Can you blow air through the fuel line and hear the fuel bubbling in the tank? Looking at the entire fuel line is there any damp spots that air might be seeping in? How about a kink in the fuel line someplace? Sorry to under estimate you however, I am simply trying to cover all the bases. Ken
