With the key off watch the instrument panel as you sit in the seat. If the panel lights up then you have power for the safety circuit. If the panel does not light up, then check the 5A fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel. The fuse block closest to the engine. Depending on the age of the loader you may or may not have this setup. If the panel lights up then fasten the seat belt and see if the light goes out. If not then you need to see if you are getting power to the seat belt connector. If there is power, then check if there is power at the other terminal of the seat belt connector when the seat belt is fastened. If the seat belt light comes on only after you attempt to crank the engine, then I would suspect the battery is not providing enough voltage. This could be because of bad cable connections or a bad battery.</p></blockquote><p></p>
