The boom will not go down. Hydraulics work to raise it but not to lower. Bucket tilts both ways with no problem. I think it is something mechanical that is catching some where. I can's see anything catching. Foot petal works freely to raise it. Seems to be stuck on something when I want to lower it. Nothing in my service manual about the linkage for the boom.
